Whether you’re an individual with anxiety, depression, or trauma or a couple (or throuple because love doesn’t always come in pairs) with infidelity issues and navigating dynamics and improving sex life. I aim to make the best meal out of the ingredients you bring. Whether you’re figuring out life or healing from past experiences, there is a seat or a spot on the floor in my office for you. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. My overall goal is to create a space for you to build the skills needed to move through life, one moment at a time. Together, we focus on what works and let go of what doesn’t.
