For those who have suffered a divorce or loss of relationship - recent or a while ago but still hurts. We share our stories, see how our situations fit into our life history, look at patterns of our relationships, do communication and interaction exercises, and explore ways to trust and connect again. Each session focuses on a loosely formed topic, but overall we discuss whatever group members need. MONTHLY COMMITMENT to create continuity. Group limited to 8 members per month. Individual session and pre-payment for one month are required. Zoom format.
Sometimes life gives us a lot of lemons, especially when we are hit with an illness, injury, or medical problem that changes the direction we were headed. Learning to deal with these circumstances and maintain a positive attitude can be difficult. Friends and family members may be tired of your emotions. This group offers opportunity to share your sadness, express your anger, explore alternatives and create new pathways. Meetings are scheduled when there are 4-6 people ready to do this journey together. Pre-registration and individual session are prerequisite.
