It is the therapist's job to help each client recognize their own magnificence.We work together to identify strategies, tools,and insights to create the freedom and outcomes each client desires.
I have worked in counseling for over twenty years with a focus on helping those with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, low self esteem, history of trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, and parenting/marital/relationship issues. My work is eclectic encompassing cognitive behavioral, EMDR and client centered (Rogerian) therapies.
