I enjoy working with individuals and/or families in places of transition. Whether it be navigating education and transition planning with an IEP/504 Plan, maximizing income with benefits applications and career planning, or simply knowing you need help but not quite sure what that looks like, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
Life coaching and career counseling are client-centered and goal oriented. By bringing your whole self to our sessions, we will identify where you are, where you would like to be and how we can get there together.
I offer 1:1 life coaching, disability-related career counseling, short-term case management for benefits applications, functional limitation assessments for insurance and Social Security applications, and IEP/504 transition services planning.
“I’m here to comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable” is one of my favorite quotes, as is “nothing about us without us.” I center the needs of historically marginalized communities by serving first them/us first and foremost.
