Feeling burnt out? Held back by the past — old wounds, generational trauma, a world that feels 'too loud' or 'too much' for your nervous system? Longing for more secure, alive relationships, with a partner and with yourself? Whether you arrive solo or as a couple, you're not alone. Together we work with what's happening in your body in real time: the chest tightness, the short breath, the impulse to flee or fix, the ways you learned to survive that now quietly sabotage you and the people closest to you.
Through embodiment practices and relational mindfulness, we learn to notice patterns, meet activation, and build empowering new ways of choosing — together or on your own. With couples, we slow the cycle down enough to feel it, and practice new moves in real time. I don't aim to 'fix' you; I help you access the wisdom your body already holds.
For those ready, I also offer psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to help soften and rework old traumatic patterns towards resilience & connection.
