Through compassionate listening, empathy, and curiosity, I help individuals reclaim strength and healing.
I truly believe in connection, the healing power of relationships, and the innate worth each individual has which guides my work with each client. With a specific focus on trauma and anxiety, I am skilled at helping clients untangle the puzzle pieces of their symptoms and lead to a more whole, healthy life.
