Adolescence and the transition into adulthood can be a challenging and uncertain time. You or your loved one may feel lost, confused, or even hopeless while navigating these changes. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space to explore these feelings and build confidence along the way. I use a strengths-based approach to empower teens and young adults to discover their resilience and develop effective coping skills in a calm, nonjudgmental environment.
As a former student-athlete, I'm passionate about helping athletes balance demanding schedules and manage performance anxiety. I’ve worked with children, teens, and young adults across various levels of care, including intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and evidence-based practices.
I'm trained in Exposure and Response Prevention and use this approach to help clients face fears and manage anxiety or OCD. Exposure work involves gradually confronting fears in a safe, guided way, helping you realize that anxiety doesn’t have to control your life. Together, we’ll build the tools and confidence needed for lasting change and emotional growth.
