My professional training is in nursing, psychology and spirituality, and psychoanalytic studies. This unique background gives me a holistic perspective and helps me to look beyond symptoms, focus on underlying causes, and build on inner strengths and resources. The goal is to help my clients recognize, appreciate and cultivate their inner life; to be their whole and best self! I have a diverse practice that includes people of various ages and cultures. I work with both conscious and unconscious processes and contents towards development and integration of personality. I also perform Word Association Test to combat creative blocks.
I believe that people are motivated, first of all, by the need for a better connection with themselves. This in return helps them in their relationships with others. I also believe that self-exploration, no matter the time and effort, is worth one's investment in the long run. I meet my clients where they are in their healing journey by listening carefully.
As a Jungian psychoanalyst, I work with therapeutic relationship and other Jungian techniques. I aim at furthering my clients' unconscious in order to help them increase self-understanding and self-acceptance, and learn the necessary skills, so that they can confront themselves and others in more effective ways.
