I work with adults who are ready to move beyond just talking about their problems and begin actually healing the underlying patterns that keep them stuck. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals, caregivers, veterans, and people who have spent years being strong for others but have rarely had a space to process their own experiences. Clients come to me for help with:
Trauma and complex trauma
Together we focus on helping your nervous system settle, processing trauma and unresolved experiences, and creating the kind of emotional freedom that allows you to feel more grounded, connected, and fully yourself.
My approach integrates evidence-based and holistic modalities including EMDR, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed mindfulness practices. For clients who are interested, I also incorporate sound healing and energy-based practices to support deeper emotional processing and integration.
