I've worked with older teens, adults, and seniors: reduce their depression, anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, and loneliness. I also support those who are creating a full life despite chronic illness and pain, working through grief and loss, improving friend and family relationships, increasing self-acceptance, confidence & finding new meaning in their lives.
