I work with LGBTQIA2S+ adults (couples, families, and individuals) navigating trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and major life transitions—especially folks impacted by systems like foster care, housing instability, or healthcare. They may feel guarded, burned out, or unsure who to trust, but want to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. They’re looking for a therapist who moves at their pace, honors their autonomy, and offers a collaborative, nonjudgmental space to heal and grow.
I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy for LGBTQIA2S+ folx navigating identity, neurodivergence, recovery, and life transitions. I use Motivational Interviewing, CBT, somatic and mindfulness tools within a harm-reduction lens. My approach is collaborative and culturally responsive, centering choice, safety, and self-understanding at your own pace.
