My name is Jade, and I am here to guide you on your journey towards inner peace, strength, and self-actualization. I honor each individuals' unique experience and help them build lives they enjoy, while drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, existential and positive psychology. Using your life experience and unique values as a compass, we will work to identify goals and discover ways of managing life's challenges.
I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and aim to provide culturally competent counseling. I have deep respect for all, regardless or ethnicity, gender, religion, class, sexuality, or disability status. I aim to provide a warm, accepting environment where clients can freely explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.
I understand that everyone goes through hard times, and recognize the strength it can take to reach out for help. I also recognize the need for convenience in today's busy world- this is why I offer telehealth and phone sessions, in addition to in person appointments at my Tampa office.
