I am a licensed clinician in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts, and I am a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, strengths-based, compassion-focused, and holistic approach. Typically my clients struggle with anxiety and depression, grief, feeling overwhelmed, interpersonal relationship stressors, and need help improving self-esteem, communication, and developing realistic coping skills. I am also passionate about helping people navigate pet loss. The loss of a beloved pet is extremely hard and I believe support is key to getting through it.
I can help with but am not limited to helping people with anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, relationship stressors, family dynamic stressors, trauma, and disordered eating patterns. It is also a passion of mine to help folks navigating the loss of a pet. I also specialize in helping adolescents and adults in the LGBTQIA+ community.
I believe that every person deserves to embrace their authentic self and everyone deserves to find balance and happiness in their life.
