My approach is guided by the adaptability of the nervous system. From this perspective, even the most frustrating of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors somehow make sense based on where we’ve been. With this in mind, I strive to help you to cultivate greater self- awareness, compassion, and acceptance to create change and find healing at your own pace.
It takes incredible courage to reach out for help when you’re hurting, but I encourage you to come as you are.
