Sometimes you just need to talk to someone, without fear of judgement. My passion is helping clients navigate through whatever is troubling them and assisting as they reconnect with themselves in the process. I enjoy working with couples or individuals on issues related to relationships. I focus on helping my clients to understand their attachment styles, improve their communication and identify barriers that get in the way of them having the relationship that they truly desire. I work with singles and divorcees to process breakups, build strong boundaries, and identify self sabotaging behaviors.
Another passion of mine is working with kids, teens and adults who struggle with depression or anxiety. Battling either of these can be exhausting and sometimes scary. I work with clients on identifying underlying issues that may feed these things, teaching reduction techniques and helping them to build strong coping skills to have a more enriched life.
Connection with a therapist is important. I do a free initial consultation so you can see if I’m a good fit for you. I know it can be hard to make time to go to counseling, so I offer only appointments on nights and weekends.
