I work with couples, teens, and adult individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood changes, or intense emotions that can be hard to manage. This includes support for those individuals navigating Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. Many of my clients are insightful and capable, yet feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to find balance and stability in daily life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Therapy w/ me is a space to slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and build tools that actually help outside of session.
