I have experience working with people of all ages, 5 to 75, as they overcame barriers, adjusted to life transitions, worked through previous trauma, and a variety of other concerns. Additionally, I have assisted individuals affected by interpersonal conflict, anxiety, depression, ADHD and autism.
No matter how big or small your concerns feel, we will work as a team to find a balance that works for your life and aligns with your goals.
