About
Many of us don’t realize how events from our childhood truly affect the quality of our lives. You wake up most days feeling worthless, angry, fearful, anxious, insecure, and sad. These feelings negatively affect your behavior … you are unmotivated, impulsive, reactive, and take too many risks. These behaviors are negatively affecting every aspect of your life. Bills are piling up, you go from one job to the next, one relationship to the next, and may even be abusing drugs and alcohol. These feelings and behaviors seem normal to you even though they bring you pain and suffering. You don’t know how to fix it.
I treat symptoms of childhood trauma/complex PTSD, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and addictions, using EMDR, parts work, DBT, inner-child work, and attachment-based therapies. I am committed to helping my clients overcome inner emotional conflicts that are preventing them from leading healthy, happy, and productive lives.
