I specialize in supporting adults, teens, and children ages 6 to 65 years of age navigating personal trauma, everyday life experiences, and healingat your own pace. Grounded in Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed principles, our work is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also offer expressive art therapy techniques as a gentle way to explore feelings that might be hard to put into words. Sometimes, the body holds onto stress or memories that our minds haven't yet been able to process. We can use simple creative exercises including drawing,painting and other creative outlets to help
