I primarily work with those who have struggled with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-esteem and self image issues, and adjustment to life changes. Everyone’s story and struggles are unique, therefore I draw from multiple approaches such as client centered, solution focused, motivational and strength based modalities to fit each person's needs.
I am a passionate, down-to-earth clinician that is determined to see things through, especially when it comes to my clients' wellbeing.
