Are you feeling exhausted or overwhelmed navigating the world? Are you struggling to identify your needs and how to best take care of your mental health? Are you bogged down by anxious thoughts you can't seem to escape? As a neurodivergent therapist, I am passionate about supporting others as they navigate the frustration that dealing with our own brains can be. I have a specific focus on anxiety, autism and ADHD. As a curious person myself, clients often say I ask insightful questions! It would be my honor and privilege as your therapist to hold space as you explore everything that makes you who you are.
It is very important to me that every client be recognized as the experts on themselves. I have experience helping clients navigate executive functioning challenges, anxious intrusive thoughts, sensory sensitivities, and the overwhelm of life. My role is to help you discover what you need and put it into action.
As your therapist, I will create an environment that is queer and neurodivergent-affirming, non-judgmental, authentic, and safe so that you may learn more about yourself, grow, and be met with respect and appreciation for who you are.
