Taking this step towards therapy is an act of courage. My approach is to meet you exactly where you are and help uncover the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be holding you back from your most authentic self. I believe we have to feel it to heal it—meaning therapy with me is a process of moving through your emotions, not around them.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand that the body often remembers what the mind tries to forget. I help reconnect your body, mind, and emotions so you can safely explore your most vulnerable self and embrace the parts you’ve silenced, finding balance, freedom, and self-acceptance.
I tailor therapy to each person’s unique journey, drawing from EMDR, Progressive Counting, IFS, CBT, Mindfulness, Grief Counseling, and The Gottman Method. I blend Imago and interpersonal relationship theory to help foster healing, self-awareness, and deeper connection in relationships.
