I'm Jada, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping children, adults, and seniors. Sometimes that means stepping into a truer version of yourself for the first time. Sometimes it means finding your footing again after a season that left you unsure of who you are, whether through a relationship that's changing or ending, a transition in work, family, or identity, or anxiety, depression, or grief you haven't had space to set down.
I welcome LGBTQ+ clients and people exploring ethical non-monogamy and open relationships, met with knowledge rather than surprise. I also work with religious trauma. If faith became a source of shame, fear, or pressure to be someone you're not, I can help you separate what hurt you from what you choose to keep.
My approach is trauma-informed and solution-focused, adapted to meet you where you are.
