I started my career working with at-risk youth in families dealing with mental illness and substance use. The lack of resources and understanding about the impact of mental health on functioning inspired me. OCD is a commonly misunderstood disorder that disrupts the life of the person it attaches to. I want to help others improve their lives by working through the issues that hold them back from success. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for OCD. Our deep understanding of the nuances of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it.
We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preferences. We’ll take the time to get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone.
