I work with individuals ages 13+ experiencing relationship difficulties, stress and burnout, and anxiety or depression, as well as couples navigating conflict and communication challenges. I am especially passionate about walking alongside those seeking to heal from past experiences and develop greater emotional awareness and insight to improve their overall wellbeing, personally and in relationships with others.
My therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered, rooted in attachment theory and trauma-informed care. I draw from modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally-Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT).
Whether you are new to the process or transitioning to a new therapist, beginning therapy can be intimidating. I aim to make the process of therapy easier by offering a calming yet honest presence and creating a space where clients feel understood and supported in their pursuit of healing and wholeness – in and outside of the counseling room.
