Hi there! I'm Jacy, and I specialize in supporting children and families, as well as individuals navigating reproductive and maternal mental health challenges, including infertility, grief and loss, as well as pregnancy and postpartum experiences. As a Registered Play Therapist, I am passionate about supporting children ages 3+ manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and chronic/terminal illness. I take a collaborative approach, working closely with parents to ensure they are an integral part of their child's therapeutic process. By sharing insights and strategies, we create a nurturing environment that promotes growth and healing.
