Hi, I'm Jacquie! Much of my work focuses on helping clients make meaningful, incremental steps toward lasting change. My clients come feeling burdened by the weight of their own expectations or challenging life experiences. They are individuals who struggles with self-criticism and self-doubt, working toward being connected with others while still feeling unseen in their relationships. Many of my clients are deeply self-aware while having difficulty managing big emotions such as anxiety, shame, or anger. They've been able to identify many of their challenges, but feel uncertain about how to create actual change.
My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, using techniques from EMDR, parts work, somatic practices, and clinical hypnosis. Our relationship will be a focus with the aim of creating a setting where you feel empowered to explore all aspects of your experience. My intention is that you feel more hopeful and confident in meeting life’s challenges.
