Working from an emotion-focused lens, I help couples and families find their way back to each other after conflict and distance have settled in. I can teach you communication skills to open up a closed-off relationship as well as identify where the relationship got off track. Through collaboration, I can give you the tools you need to heal your relationship.
In my work with kids, I help children to develop coping mechanisms and alter negative behavior patterns. Interpersonal distress can lead to withdrawal, stormy emotions and acting out. Using art therapy as a guide, this group is designed for preteens who have a creative spirit and are seeking connection during these isolating times.
