About
It takes courage to admit that what you've been doing is no longer working for you or your loved ones. Together we can explore new ways to cope and make the changes you ultimately desire. You have already taken the first steps to make a change just by acknowledging that you are no longer comfortable with the way things are. I'd like the chance to meet you and answer any questions you may have.
My experience has allowed me to assist thousands of individuals in Las Vegas from those who have had childhood trauma, relationship issues as well as the LGBTQ+ community. I am EMDR & Parts trained. I teach Mindfulness & Somatic interventions as well as DBT and relapse prevention. I am currently finishing my doctorate in Behavioral Health at ASU.
If you're ready to make changes or are contemplating a major decision; I'd welcome the opportunity to support you through it. I chose this career because I believe that people can change with understanding, compassion and building on their inner resilience. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a space for you to be who you wanted to be before life happened.
