I personalize treatment specific to your values and needs. It is my desire as a Christian counselor to see clients holistically, encourage their self-awareness, and gently promote personal growth. I value the individual beliefs of each of my clients, integrating faith into treatment as much as you desire.

We all want to feel safe and supported in therapy and we also want to see change. I am experienced in working with clients to see the change they desire in their lives in a variety of issues. Using my 30 plus years as a wife, mother, and occupational therapist, I understand and have experienced many life’s challenges and want to help you process yours.
