While I have over a decade of experience, you are the expert on you. We use our time in my office to laugh, cry, and explore through all the most important parts of who you are. My goal is to help you identify themes and patterns that have helped and hurt along your way. Then we roll up our selves and start weeding what's not serving anymore.
