You may be a busy professional who is feeling anxious, burnt-out, or overwhelmed. You're likely in your head all the time and it prevents you from feeling present to what you want to be experiencing in life. Part of what keeps you stuck is that mean inner-critic - the one who says you're not enough, you're not worth it, or you're not doing enough. As a relational psychodynamic therapist my job is to help you get closer to your own emotional experience and dig into the unconscious thoughts/beliefs/emotions that keep you stuck. I value getting into the nitty-gritty of your story to help you find healing.

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I work primarily with trauma: spiritual/religious trauma, childhood trauma or wounding, and attachment-related issues that affect your relationships. I also work with those struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, career and educational transitions, religious deconstruction, and various life issues.
