Hello, I'm Jackie. Life can be overwhelming and tough. Sometimes, we need more than our normal support systems. Sometimes, we need help moving forward and healing. Color, sexuality, gender, societal stereotypes, labels, and trauma can add to one's struggle to navigate through life. Whatever brings you to counseling, it is my honor and goal to be with you through your journey in healing. My approach is eclectic. I draw from a variety of theories and tailor each session based on the individual client’s needs, personality, and goals.

My specializations include working with individuals dealing with stress, gender identity, anger management, PTSD, multicultural and diversity issues, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQIA+ support, antisocial behavior, depression, intimate and romantic relationships, family relationships.
