My approach is eclectic, I draw from a variety of theory’s and tailor each session based on the individual client’s needs, personality and goals. I am fully trained in EMDR.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, welcoming space for healing. My goal is to walk with you through your tough times, to help and encourage healthier thought processing and choices, so that you can navigate through life’s road blocks, have peace and be the best version of yourself.
