I have worked effectively with adolescents, college students, adults, families, teen mothers and survivors of domestic abuse; addressing issues inclusive of depression and anxiety, trauma, parent-child conflict, emotional/behavioral disruptions, life and career transitions, gender, sexuality, and spirituality.
My therapeutic approach can be described as eclectic as I utilize various theories and techniques such as, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Attachment, Person Centered, Relational, Reiki, and Mediation to address each person's unique needs, style and life circumstance. A key foundation of my practices is building resilience.
