I believe in treating the whole person, both mind and body to support bringing you back to a sense of the whole. If you find that it is challenging for you to meet in person, I also provide online therapy services. We can meet over video chat from the comfort of your own safe place. We can work together to meet your therapeutic needs.
Most of my work and education has been centered around helping others heal from trauma. Many of us have a trauma story that may be influencing our life currently. My goal is to help you move from victim to survivor to thriver.
