I specialize in supporting women as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, and the emotional impact of health concerns. I understand that these experiences can feel overwhelming, leaving you disconnected from yourself, your body, or the life you want to live. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to slow down, explore your experiences, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. I believe every part of you has a purpose—even the parts that feel anxious, overwhelmed, self-critical, or stuck. Rather than judging or trying to eliminate these parts, we work together with curiosity and compassion to understand their roles.
