Welcome! Immediate Openings Available! As a licensed professional counselor, I gravitate towards using a person-centered approach, taking a look at a person as a whole not just an issue. I believe in forming healthy relationships with my clients to help them get to the root of their mental health and substance abuse issues in order to live their best lives possible. I enjoy working with all different age groups including children and adolescents (6+), as well as young adults and seniors. I provide family therapy, couples therapy as well as individual therapy.
As a mental health therapist I provide knowledge and experience in several different areas including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, substance use, LGBTQ+, eating disorders, personality disorders and interpersonal struggles with additional formal training in TBRI, Trust Based Relational Interventions, Brainspotting and Autism.
