Hello! I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) specializing in anxiety, depression, stress management/burnout, mens' mental health, and substance use. I’m especially passionate about supporting those with demanding executive / professional careers and leadership roles who wish to strengthen their work-life balance. In our sessions we'll form connections between past formative experiences and present patterns. I often work with people amidst some kind of transition: new career roles, newly sober, new parents, divorce, parenting challenges (eg. empty nesters), and so on. While I'm more of a "generalist" now, I have 15+ years of experience working with substance use disorders. Many of my clients are sober, "sober curious," or want to reduce their use of cannabis, alcohol, nicotine, or other dependencies.
