Would you like to improve your assertive communication skills, manage stress and conflict more effectively, deepen your relationships and improve your sense of well-being? If so, therapy may be able to help you reach your goals. You may also be struggling with depression, anxiety, grief or a major life transition. Talking with someone you trust can help you discover key insights, barriers to change, and effective coping strategies. Participating in therapy takes a lot of courage: my goal is to provide a safe environment where you can share what's most important to you and we can work together to support your growth.
I employ an eclectic approach with an emphasis in Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Theory, and Person-Focused Therapy. I have worked for the past twenty-five years in the fields of counseling, coaching, mediation and organization development, with certifications in Emotional Intelligence coaching and Master Leader accreditation by the Gottman Institute.
I believe you have the power and wisdom to make the changes you are seeking in your life. I offer a warm, engaging style and a non-judgmental environment where we can work together to more deeply understand the challenges you are facing, and how to tap into the strengths and guidance you already possess.
