I specialize in working with couples under stress. In therapy, couples develop new ways of thinking about the problems in their relationship so they can find new solutions. I teach couples how to be more mindful and less emotionally reactive with one another so they can be happier together.
Sometimes only one person in the relationship is motivated to try therapy. That's okay. Individual therapy can help you develop a better relationship with yourself which can make a difference in the way you relate to the important people in your life.
