Our bodies often hold stories our minds are not yet ready to express. As a Level 3 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I integrate IFS with EMDR and Somatic, body-based practices to help you access deeper healing. I believe symptoms such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or relational difficulties are signals pointing to parts of us seeking care and connection. With compassionate curiosity, we explore these protective patterns, often shaped by trauma or unmet needs, and build a more supportive internal relationship.

This integrative approach supports nervous system regulation, trauma resolution, and greater internal peace. I work with people of all ages and have extensive experience with children and adolescents. My background as an educator and yoga teacher informs my therapy, providing practical tools for embodiment, emotional regulation, and self-awareness.

I am a private pay clinician, my rate is $180.00 for a 60 minute session, and I accept payment at the time of the appointment. I do not bill insurance; however, I can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
