I have been a licensed clinical psychologist for 30+ years, and I love what I do! I enjoy learning and staying informed about advances in the field and then bringing these insights into the therapy I provide. No two people are the same, and that also keeps me growing. Therapy will be a collaboration between us, and you will help direct your therapy to the concerns you want to address and the skills you want to grow.
I frequently use cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques. However, I’m not tied to one specific therapeutic approach, preferring to borrow from different approaches in order to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs.
