I have a private practice in South Hadley center working with adults and teens. My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, low self esteem/confidence issues, college mental health, transitions into parenthood, and helping individuals develop the skills to manage their lives differently. I have an honest, straight forward mind/body centered approach, infused with compassion, non-judgment and validation!
I specialize in EMDR therapy but draw upon several modalities as needed. Much of my work includes working with those healing from many different kinds of complex trauma; physical & sexual abuse, emotional & narcissistic abuse/neglect, domestic/interpersonal violence and abuse.
I'm able to take Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Health New England.
