I believe healing occurs when individuals feel genuinely seen, understood, and emotionally safe enough to engage authentically in the therapeutic process. My clinical approach is grounded in the understanding that symptoms such as anxiety, panic, emotional dysregulation, and overwhelm are often adaptive responses to past experiences and chronic stress on the nervous system. I specialize in trauma-informed care, grief work, and nervous system regulation, helping clients identify and untangle survival-based patterns while developing greater emotional resilience, self-awareness, and internal stability.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and somatically grounded, focusing on nervous system regulation and attachment-based healing. I integrate evidence-based and body-based strategies to help clients build insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools for lasting, real world change.
