About
I believe we all have the strength and power to heal ourself when we are able to take a deeper look. Often, we just need a safe space to explore, be curious, and build compassion for ourself. I specialize in traumatic stress and use a mind body approach to either heal, or simply increase self awareness and engage in self discovery. I work with any client who wants to deepen their understanding of themselves.
I can help guide you on your path to establishing a peace of mind within the chaos. I offer a trauma informed safe space to explore yourself and address your individual needs. I am transparent, flexible, and can offer a more direct or passive approach. Overall I use a holistic approach to meet you wherever you are at in each moment.
Reaching out is not always easy. We are all simply human beings at our core, navigating a world that has stigmatized Mental Health for so long. We all deserve support and space to be our authentic self. I am glad that you have taken this step, and I look forward to sharing this space with you.
