About
Accepting Life on Life's terms can be difficult at times. Its ok and even healthy to reach out for support. You get to choose who you trust and with whom you feel most comfortable reaching out for that support. Counseling and problem solving with a clinician in an office setting can provide a 'sounding board' & objective feedback in a mutually respectful and professional way. I look forward with my customers to an opportunity to grow and learn through their experiences, assisting at times to extract meaning from their suffering.
Much of my work is strength based as well as trauma focused. My history as a trained mediator helps me understand perspectives within relationships and parts work within ourselves.
Being able to understand how your negative conclusions about yourself may be affecting your current decision-making is vital to your relationship success. These negative conclusions may have developed to help you survive certain experiences in your life. You may no longer need those old coping skills today. I am honored when invited to do this sacred work.
