Hi, I'm Jackie - a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who loves working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life’s ups and downs. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling challenged to grow and move forward. I’ve worked in public schools (K-12) and a variety of clinical settings, including emergency services, mobile crisis, and partial hospitalization. I bring a flexible, compassionate approach that meets clients where they're at because no two people, or paths, are the same.
I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to create treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs. Areas of focus include building healthy coping skills, behavior support, safety planning, social skills development, IEP/504 consultation, etc.
Telehealth appointments only. BCBS, United, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar, Carelon, Quest, Point32 accepted. Out-of-pocket payments accepted via Stripe.
