My practice is grounded in attachment theory, emphasizing that individuals thrive emotionally and physically in healthy, connected relationships. I am skilled in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and use a trauma-informed approach of Psychodynamic therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
