Not accepting new clients
Hello and welcome! I am licensed to provide services in PA, NJ, and OH. My area of expertise is working with adults as they navigate grief and loss experiences. I specialize in supporting those that have lost a loved one suddenly/unexpectedly or due to a substance use disorder. A loss does not require death. Living losses for example, may encompass a major life transition that involves a shift in identity like new parenthood, a career change, or the end of a significant relationship. Grief is not linear and there is no right or wrong way to grieve; however, it is helpful to have guidance to validate and normalize your experiences.
I am passionate about supporting adults experiencing challenges related to grief and loss, postpartum issues, aging/end of life, caregiving, and compassion fatigue. I recognize that you are the expert in your experience, so together we will work to explore which theoretical frameworks will best support your therapeutic goals and set a pace that feels safe.
I aim to cultivate a gentle, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for clients to feel supported and heard while exploring areas of challenge. I invite you to connect with me to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. Together we can explore your needs and determine if I could be the right therapeutic fit for you. I look forward to our work together.
